Our featured model is holding a model portfolio case of portfolio pictures, composite cards, business cards, a Palm PDA, and other career tools. Regardless of models being independent or agency-represented, they all need to invest in quality tools for their modeling career, and the investment into professional tools is never inexpensive, as you get what you pay for. Models will get out of their careers whatever they put into it, and the saying garbage in-garbage out applies. Models should not focus on saving money, but rather weighing out the value of the career tools which they invest in. Model Lisa Marie Lowry is no longer a model, and she is no longer affiliated with this site, which is the reason that she isn't listed in the TALON model database. In the Independent Modeling TOOLS section, you will not find any so-called modeling portfolio networking sites or TFP amateur photographers referenced, as portfolio networking sites are full of unprofessional amateurs and TFP photographers are often amateurs who can do nothing for a modeling career and usually have shady and misleading motives. We only recognize and refer professional career tools to models. Professional models must discern who the real professionals are and limit their networking to them, and they have to invest both time and money into the tools which they need for their careers.
