Decentralization is the emphasis here. We are a modeling resource site first and foremost. We balance things out, too, which means that we will have featured model profiles and an active job board on this site. In the future, we will be adding portfolio networking features and message boards, which will be balanced by our massive library of content.

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you will feed him for a lifetime. So, will we be adding tons of so-so jobs to a job board, or will we be teaching models and other industry professionals how to find jobs? Teaching is more important to us, so the focus will be there. While our job board will be updated with job posts, a greater push will be to teach professionals how to find the jobs that they wish to book. This means that the TALON database (for contact information) will see far more updates than the job board. While we want to give everyone what they want, and this site will give them that, we also want to give them what they need without them becoming dependent upon a web site. We will give them the tools to work on their own. That's what independence is all about.
