Q. What is a general listing, and why do most of them have "Add Image" keys?

A. General listings are the basic TALON database listing provided free of charge to talent, production professionals, and businesses. Those "keys" that you mention are called IMAGE BANNERS, and the only way to get them upgraded is to become an advertiser or a featured member. Advertisers get upgraded and listed in spotlight listings, too, doubling their exposure in the database by being listed twice.
