Q. Why do some profiles have tiny pictures and most don't?

A. Those TALON profiles that have thumbnailed head shots or thumbnail graphics link to either featured talent profiles or they are advertisers. You have to pay for those services, and the thumbnails are added to the TALON profiles as a benefit.
General TALON listing, which are free of charge, don't have images hosted. They link to online portfolios and web sites, however.
